Learn tools to help feel empowered and to help make healthy choices in this light-hearted outdoor yoga class. The class includes mindfulness practices, yoga poses and relaxation to help reduce stress, build self-esteem, strength, flexibility and balance and promote overall well-being.
Taught by Belightful Yoga instructors. No prior yoga experience necessary. All abilities welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and arrive ten minutes early. Bring a willing spirit and sense of adventure!
