Do you need a break from the stress of everyday life? Then be sure to join us on Thursday, September 17th at 7pm as Zee the Cook prepares Fall Detox Vegetable Soup. Everyone who registers for the Program will receive a Zoom meeting link so that you can take part in the demonstration.

Please feel free to make the Soup during the Program! Here is the list of ingredients that you will need to buy before the Program:

Ingredients for Fall Detox Vegetable Soup

·  1 Tbsp. olive oil

·  1 onion

·  2 carrots

·  2 celery stalks

·  2 garlic cloves

·  1 sweet potato

·  2 cups butternut squash

·  2 cups cauliflower florets

·  2 cups cabbage

·  28 oz. diced tomatoes

·  6 cups vegetable stock

·  2 tsp. italian seasoning

·  1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

·  1 tsp. sea salt

·  2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
